CanAm to participate in key panels at Annual Private Wealth Latin America & the Caribbean Forum

October 30, 2023, New York, NY — CanAm Enterprises (“CanAm”), an industry leader in immigration-linked investment for more than 35 years, announced today that two of its executives will take leading presentation roles in the upcoming 10th Annual Private Wealth Latin America & the Caribbean Forum in Miami on November 1 & 2. Hundreds of wealth and asset managers, investment professionals, financial consultants and allocators are scheduled to participate in the intensive two-day forum, which is among the most anticipated annual events for the private wealth industry for the Latin American region.

CanAm’s delegation will be led by Peter Calabrese, CEO of CanAm’s broker-dealer affiliate, CanAm Investor Services, and Joan Hull, Relationship Management Director of CanAm Enterprises.  On Wednesday, November 1, Mr. Calabrese will participate with two experts on an 11:35 a.m. panel, “Investing in Citizenship: Global Options For Your Clients.” Panelists will explore how Latin & Caribbean clients can take advantage of global options to secure an alternate residence or citizenship, including the U.S. Immigrant Investor Program, also known as the EB-5 Visa Program. At 12:10 p.m., Ms. Hull will host an important roundtable discussion dedicated to showcasing the benefits of the EB-5 program to immigrant investors. The roundtable aims to provide all event attendees with the ability to join in genuine knowledge exchange and discussion in a small group and informal setting.

“Latin America is a dynamic and emerging market for EB-5 investors, and we couldn’t be more pleased to meet with the wealth management community in the region to enhance their understanding of the EB-5 visa and the many benefits it offers,” Calabrese said. Ms. Hull added that the CanAm delegation’s forum participation is part of the company’s continuing activities to forge close alliances with wealth planning professionals in the region and help Latin Americans navigate the immigration-by-investment process.

“CanAm maintains and nurtures relationships across the industry and throughout the world to pass on the knowledge individuals need to make informed decisions about their immigration journey. We’re thrilled by this opportunity to show conferees how they can present the EB-5 visa as an option for their clients,” Calabrese added.
