CanAm Enterprises is proud to announce a landmark achievement in our more than three decades of sponsoring immigration-linked investments: over 3,000 investor-families have now obtained permanent U.S. residency through approved I-829 petitions. These approvals span 77 EB-5 projects and underscore the scale, consistency, and reliability of CanAm’s long-standing track record in delivering successful immigration and investment outcomes for our clients. The I-829 petition represents the final hurdle in the EB-5 visa process. Its approval signifies that our investors have met all USCIS requirements, including making the necessary investment and creating the required jobs. For our investor-families, this means the lifting of conditional residency restrictions, allowing them and their immediate family members to live permanently in the United States. It is the ultimate confirmation that the project performed as represented and that the required jobs were created—an area where CanAm has demonstrated unwavering discipline across every offering.
This milestone is supported by the strength and consistency of our broader EB-5 record. To date, CanAm has raised $3.9 billion in EB-5 capital and has successfully repaid more than $2.5 billion across 53 fully repaid projects. These results are driven by the quality of the projects we underwrite—such as major infrastructure programs, energy projects, advanced manufacturing facilities, and municipal redevelopment initiatives—and by our rigorous approach to due diligence, monitoring, and compliance.
Our portfolio includes some of the most significant EB-5 projects in the industry, ranging from large-scale urban redevelopment to major infrastructure, broadband, and energy initiatives, as well as public-private partnership transactions that have supported economic development across the United States. Each project is selected with a clear emphasis on job-creation reliability, capital protection, and long-term project viability — core principles that continue to guide our investment approach today. This milestone is more than a numerical accomplishment—it reflects the trust thousands of families have placed in CanAm. Their experiences capture what we strive for in every investment: transparency, professionalism, and long-term partnership. As one investor shared, “CanAm is a wonderful organization. I had the privilege of being associated with them, and they truly stood by me through thick and thin. What I appreciate most is their ethical advice, professional conduct, and complete transparency.” Another investor remarked, “CanAm made my EB-5 process smooth and transparent. Their strong track record, clear communication, and professionalism gave me full confidence in my investment and immigration journey.”
At CanAm, our mission has always been the same: to provide well-structured EB-5 investments that deliver on both immigration and financial objectives. The approval of 3,000 I-829 petitions represents the collective impact of that mission—and the families whose futures are shaped by it. We remain committed to the highest standards of compliance, project stewardship, and investor care, and we look forward to helping many more families achieve their American dream in the years ahead.
