What is the Process ?

Step 1

Contact CanAm for general information about the EB-5 Program and to determine your eligibility for the investment.

Step 2

Review offering documents for the chosen project. If suitable, sign Subscription Agreement and remit funds.

Step 3

Retain immigration attorney to prepare the source of funds documents and handle filing of I-526 petition.

Step 4

Prepare for Consulate interview or adjustment of status.

Step 5

Submit I-829 petition to remove conditional status and to receive permanent green card.
