Tom Rosenfeld is the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of CanAm Enterprises (CanAm). Mr. Rosenfeld founded CanAm in 1987, focusing his initial efforts in Canada and the newly created Canadian Business Immigration Investor Program. In 2001, Mr. Rosenfeld redirected CanAm’s focus to the newly restructured United States immigrant investor program (EB-5 Program). Through his vision and leadership, CanAm is one of the country’s leading sponsors of EB-5 investments and the exclusive EB-5 Program representative of several government and quasi-government entities. To date, CanAm has raised and invested more than $3.9 billion of EB-5 capital for more than 75 projects throughout the U.S.
Mr. Rosenfeld is an attorney and certified public accountant. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in business administration and his Juris Doctor from Temple University. For his depth of experience and business insight, Mr. Rosenfeld is frequently invited to speak at economic development conferences and EB-5 seminars, both nationwide and abroad. In 2018, Mr. Rosenfeld was honored to be the recipient of the first IIUSA Industry Lifetime Achievement Award for his leadership and contribution to the EB-5 industry.
