Sicily started her career at the investment division of a leading Chinese private conglomerate as a project associate, where she was extensively involved in real estate investment in US, Canada and Australia from sourcing, due diligence, closing to construction and operation. She gained exposure to the EB-5 industry during her work alongside EB-5 Magazine in 2018. Prior to joining CanAm in 2024, she worked in an asset management company as a business development manager, responsible for facilitating sales of alternative products to high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.

At CanAm, she is responsible for supporting the firm’s sales activities in the southern part of China.
