The Property is positioned as the best quality asset in the market to attract University employees, medical students, graduate students, college professors, and medical center employees along with other working professionals in the area. The Project qualifies for Priority EB-5 Processing, as all proceeds from the EB-5 loan will be spent at the site, which is in a “Rural Area”, as defined under the EB-5 Regional Center Program.
