The Philadelphia Navy Yard leveraged$18 million in EB-5 funding through CanAm Enterprises’ regional center, completing three transformative construction phases. The first $2.5 million investment in a mixed-use building created 203 jobs and matured in 2009. A second $2 million loan generated 106 jobs and matured in 2010. The final $13.5 million loan created 418 jobs and matured in 2013, significantly enhancing the Navy Yard’s infrastructure and economic vitality.
