This project consists of the ground-up construction of an approximately 396,000-square-foot mixed-use building. The property will include 375 luxury rental apartments (approximately 95 designated as affordable housing under the Affordable New York Housing Program’s Section 421-a Real Estate Tax Exemption), 106 parking spaces, a 14,200-square-foot church facility, and 4,152 square feet of above-grade retail space.
