Michael A. Harris is the principal and owner of HarrisLaw, P.A., an immigration law practice based in Miami, Florida. He is a Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law, a distinction held by fewer than 1% of all attorneys licensed by the Florida Bar and recognized as the highest level of evaluation of competency and experience in the field. Mr. Harris has practiced immigration law for over 23 years, representing foreign nationals, U.S. employers, multinational companies, and investors throughout the United States and worldwide. He received his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University School of Law and his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and English from the University of Florida. Mr. Harris has significant experience in highly complex immigration matters, including EB-5 investment immigration for both regional centers and direct investors, business immigration cases for executives, investors, acclaimed artists and athletes, and academic professionals. He has been recognized as a Top 25 EB-5 Immigration Attorney by EB5 Investors Magazine in 2019, 2021, 2023, and 2024, and holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He currently serves on the Florida Bar’s Board Certification Committee on Immigration and Nationality Law and on AILA National’s EB-5 and Technology and Innovation committees.
