Dominique Pando Bucci is the Founder and Principal Attorney of Pando Bucci Law, PLLC, a business and investor immigration law firm based in Miami Beach, Florida. She represents foreign individuals and multinational corporations in complex business and family immigration matters, specializing in EB-5 investor visas, E-2 treaty investors, L-1 intracompany transferees, and other employment-based immigration pathways. A multilingual attorney fluent in English, Spanish, and German, with conversational proficiency in Italian, Dominique earned her J.D. magna cum laude from Florida International University College of Law, where she graduated fifth in her class and served as Editor-in-Chief of the FIU Law Review.
