CanAm to Host EB-5 Panel, Welcome Conferees at Florida AILA Convention

New York, NY – CanAm Enterprises, an industry leader for more than 35 years in immigration-linked investments, is pleased to announce that it is hosting a panel of seasoned experts to dive into the topic of the resurgence of the EB-5 visa program. The panel is part of a luncheon the company is sponsoring at the 2023 AILA (American Immigration Lawyers Association) Annual Conference on Immigration Law in Orlando Florida. CanAm’s senior executives will take this opportunity to network with conference attendees face-to-face at the exhibition hall, which is scheduled to open June 21-24.

“With a new EB-5 law in place and an EB-5 market that is active with investor interest, there’s never been a better time to take stock of the program’s remarkable progress post RIA and where it is headed in 2023 and beyond,” said CanAm President and CEO, Tom Rosenfeld.  “CanAm works closely with hundreds of immigration attorneys that are AILA members, and we are proud to welcome our panel of experts to this important discussion. The more we collaborate and share information, the better able we’ll all be to help our mutual clients successfully navigate the EB-5 landscape and achieve both their immigration and investment goals.”

CanAm’s luncheon panel discussion, The Resurgence of EB-5, will be moderated by Christine Alden, Esq. at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC. Besides Mr. Rosenfeld, panelists include:

  • Ira J. Kurzban, Esq., Kurzban Kurzban Tetzeli & Pratt, P.A.
  • Ronald Klasko Esq., Klasko Immigration Law Partners, LLP
  • Enrique Gonzalez, Esq., Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP
