Piyush Gupta is based in India as Business Development Manager for CanAm’s India business. He is Mechanical Engineering graduate and started his career in the Engineering industry. Piyush has almost a decade worth of client management experience spanning across several sectors. Prior to joining CanAm, Piyush managed a business vertical in a niche PR analytics firm where he led a team of analysts and was responsible for overall growth of the vertical.
Ahmed M. Khan is CanAm’s VP of the Middle East and South Asia. Ahmed practiced EB-5 law for prominent EB-5 law firms in the U.S. for over 5 years before joining CanAm, and now heads the firm’s EB-5 growing practice in the Middle East and South Asia. Having filed more than 500 individual EB-5 cases, Ahmed possesses extensive knowledge about the EB-5 process and common Source of Funds issues. Additionally, Ahmed has been featured on numerous EB-5 informational panels, seminars, and other speaking engagements, including TiE Global Seminars, EB-5 Investor Magazine Conferences, and ILW Investor Seminars.
Cuina Chen is the Vice President of the Investor Relations Department. Ms. Chen is responsible for overseeing and maintaining relationships with all of CanAm’s subscribed investors, which includes fielding daily telephone and email communications, as well as assisting in the drafting and translation of, and distributing investor letters and updates. Upon joining CanAm in 2011, Ms. Chen quickly became the point-person for investors inquiring on project progress, and status of their EB-5 petitions, and since then has acted as a liaison between CanAm and its clientele. Ms. Chen works to coordinate with Executive Management and CanAm’s global team regarding agent requests and disputes related to their investors. Ms. Chen also arranges and conducts investor meetings, and project site visits, which contributes to investors’ trust and confidence in CanAm and its projects.
Prior to joining CanAm, Ms. Chen had a background in global client service. Ms. Chen earned a Bachelor of Science degree from CUNY John Jay in 2011, where she majored in Public Administration and minored in Economics.
Tom Rosenfeld is the Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of CanAm Enterprises (CanAm). Mr. Rosenfeld founded CanAm in 1987, focusing his initial efforts in Canada and the newly created Canadian Business Immigration Investor Program. Actively involved in structuring and promoting private and government syndicate, CanAm eventually became the exclusive program representative for the Provinces of Prince Edward Island and New Brunswick.
In 2001, Mr. Rosenfeld redirected CanAm’s focus to the newly restructured United States immigrant investor program (EB-5 Program). Through his vision and leadership, CanAm is one of the country’s leading sponsors of EB-5 investments and the exclusive EB-5 Program representative of several government and quasi-government entities. In 2012, CanAm became the first EB-5 firm in the United States to establish a FINRA-licensed Broker-Dealer affiliate, CanAm Investor Services LLC.
Mr. Rosenfeld is an attorney and certified public accountant. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in business administration and his Juris Doctor from Temple University. He is Director Emeritus of the Association to Invest in the USA (IIUSA) and has served on the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) EB-5 Committee and EB-5 Conference Committee. For his depth of experience and business insight, Mr. Rosenfeld is frequently invited to speak at economic development conferences and EB-5 seminars, both nationwide and abroad. In 2018, Mr. Rosenfeld was honored to be the recipient of the first IIUSA Industry Lifetime Achievement Award for his leadership and contribution to the EB-5 industry.
Robbie Wang is the Vice President of Business Development of CanAm Enterprises, taking charge of the business development in China and the sales of Shanghai Office.
Before joining into CanAm, Mr. Wang was engaged in the Investment & Immigration Industry for more than 10 years, getting rich experience of documentation and management. He is an expert on investment immigration projects like EB-5, especially good at helping investors make statement of source of funds and make investment plans to avoid risks reasonably. In recent years, to provide the most professional and practical suggestions for the establishment and business development of the Regional Centers in U.S., Mr. Wang had been the North America and the European countries many times for projects’ investigation. His strict attitude and expertise won him good reputation in the industry and the entrepreneurs and immigrant families regard him a trustworthy consultant
Robbie got his BA degree from Lanzhou University of Finance and Economics and Master of Engineering from Xiamen University.
Charles Chang is the Vice President of Business Development for CanAm’s overseas operation in Beijing, China. Mr. Chang is responsible for business development, sales, and sales related operations in China. Mr. Chang’s experience in the Chinese immigration market – spanning over a decade – allows him to provide exceptional support to sales representatives and licensed migration agents. Before joining CanAm, Mr. Chang worked as Secretary General at the Beijing Overseas Study Service Association (“BOSSA”). Mr. Chang was also employed by Beijing Entry & Exit Service Association, an experienced migration agent providing visa facilitation services.
Bart Suchomski is the Vice President of Capital Markets for CanAm’s overseas operation in Asia. Mr. Suchomski is responsible for introducing CanAm’s new investment opportunities and supporting business development activities in Vietnam, and Korea. Mr. Suchomski joined CanAm in 2006 as a member of the Investor Relations and Accounting departments, and was responsible for managing financial activity and reporting on escrow and partnership accounts, as well as monitoring of investment projects. Later, he joined the Project Development department where he pre-screened projects for EB-5 investments.
After completing his Master of Business Administration degree and has returned to CanAm in 2015 in his current role.
Abhinav Lohia is a Director, South Asia and the Middle East of CanAm Investor Services. He is responsible for running the firm’s operations in India and the Middle East. Lohia is a dual qualified attorney licensed to practice law in the State of New York and the Republic of India. Prior to joining CanAm, he was a Partner at Davies & Associates, a boutique EB-5 law firm in Manhattan, NY. Lohia supervised a team of attorneys and paralegals in assisting clients to make qualified investments in the United States for the purposes of obtaining Employment-Based Fifth-Preference Visas (EB-5 Visa). Prior to moving to the United States, Lohia was a litigator in India, representing individual and corporate clients at all tiers of Indian Judiciary including the Supreme Court of India.

Min Wu is a Vice President of U.S. sales at CanAm Investor Services, the broker dealer arm of CanAm Enterprises. Mrs. Wu has worked with hundreds of EB-5 investors from all over the globe advising them on the EB5 investment process. She has more than 8 years’ experiences working as financial analyst and institutional sales manager on Wall Street. Most recently, Mrs. Wu was Director of Investor Relation at a New York based boutique advisory firm focusing on investor outreach and strategic communication for publicly traded companies in the pharmaceutical and financial technology industry.
Mrs. Wu is a Charted Financial Analyst and holds the FINRA Series 7, and 63 license. She graduated with a master degree in financial manager in the U.S. and earned her bachelor degree in accounting & taxation in China.
Jeff DeCicco serves as Chief Executive Officer for CanAm’s broker dealer and is also responsible for the CanAm Enterprises’s business development globally. Mr. DeCicco is a Wall Street veteran with over 20 years of experience in institutional sales and trading. He began his career as an interest rate derivatives trader on the Chicago Board of Trade. Since then, Mr. DeCicco worked as an equity derivative sales trader for two of the leading inter-dealer brokers in the world, ICAP and BGC Partners. Most recently, Mr. DeCicco established and was co-head of equity derivatives for Mint Partners (a division of BGC). Prior to joining CanAm, Mr. DeCicco worked in private equity raising capital for real estate, energy, and alternative energy projects.
Mr. DeCicco earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Wesleyan University and holds the FINRA Series 7, 63, 24, and 4 licenses. Mr. DeCicco also holds the Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) designation from the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS).
