Christian Triantaphyllis leads Jackson Walker’s Investment Immigration practice, representing foreign nationals and immigrant investors in cross-border and business immigration matters. He serves as counsel to real estate developers, regional centers, private equity funds, and family offices, advising on EB-5 structuring, project business plans, and securities offerings.

Christian has extensive experience guiding foreign nationals, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth families through the EB-5 visa program, including I-526 and I-829 petitions. He also advises employers on temporary work visas and permanent resident status, with particular expertise in E-2 and L-1 visas.
