Two senior staff of CanAm Investor Services, an affiliate of CanAm Enterprises, will be attending the 2020 EB-5 & Uglobal Expo in Dubai to discuss the EB-5 program following recent legislative changes.
CanAm is excited to announce that Jeff DeCicco, the CEO of its affiliated broker-dealer, CanAm Investor Services, and Ahmed Khan, its Vice President for South Asia and the Middle East, will speak at the 2020 EB-5 & Uglobal Immigration Expo in Dubai. The event is organized by EB-5 Investors Magazine and Uglobal Immigration Magazine. The surging Dubai market will host EB-5 industry professionals and other immigraiton stakeholders on January 25th and 26th, 2020.
Mr. DeCicco serves as Chief Executive Officer for CanAm’s broker-dealer. Mr. DeCicco is a Wall Street veteran with over 20 years of experience in institutional sales and trading. He will be featured on a panel focused on EB-5 project guidance.

Mr. Khan is a licensed US attorney who worked for two of the most prominent EB-5 law firms in the United States before joining CanAm Investor Services. Having filed more than 500 individual EB-5 cases. Mr. Khan will speak on a panel entitled “New EB-5 Rules,” which will cover major changes that were introduced to the Program on November 21st, 2019.

The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program (EB-5 Program) is administered by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). The EB-5 Program provides qualified foreign investors with the opportunity to earn a conditional, or temporary, two-year green card in return for investing $900,000 in projects located in high unemployment areas that create at least ten permanent full-time jobs for U.S. workers.
