CanAm’sRural Broadband Project will finance the development, construction, and equipment purchaseexpenditures related to the installation of broadband fiberoptic cable across geographies that qualify as “Rural Area” under the EB-5 Regional Center Program. The installation will provide internet service access to approximately 54,500 households that currently lack access to high-speed internet service of this caliber. An independent analysis demonstratedthat the Rural Broadband Project will create more than 1,675 jobs, which exceeds combined job creation requirements for 75 EB-5 investors.
