The project is a multi-faceted development that involves the procurement, construction, installation, activation, and operation ofapproximately overthree (3) million feet of fiber optic cable and related network equipment in the State of Texas, making high-speed fiber broadband available to approximately 35,000 currently unserved residential and commercial users. Borrower hasidentifiedapproximately thirteen (13) geographic locations across twelve (12) counties (collectively, the “Project Locations”) in Texas where it intends to build out the fiber optic network to provide high-speed internet service to local customers.
