Rhoads Industries utilized $19 million in EB-5 funding through CanAm Enterprises’ regional center for two transformative projects at the Philadelphia Navy Yard. The first, a $7 million investment from 14 investors, expanded production capacity and centralized operations, creating 153 jobs and was completed in 2011. The second, a $12 million investment from 24 investors, renovated and expanded facilities, creating 655 jobs, and was completed in 2017, strengthening Rhoads’ industrial capabilities.
