The Molina Project transformed two historic buildings in Long Beach, California, into Class A office spaces totaling 209,702 square feet. The $56.7 million redevelopment, supported by a $35 million EB-5 loan, included the adaptive reuse of the Press Telegram Building and the construction of a new six-story office building on the Meeker Baker site. Leased by Molina Healthcare, the project revitalized the area and supported economic growth through modern office development.
