K.P. Grant Enterprises completed leasehold improvements in Philadelphia with $2.5 million in EB-5 funding from five investors through CanAm Enterprises’ regional center. Completed in 2007, the project created 51 jobs, contributing to the city’s economic development. The improvements enhanced the functionality and value of the leased property, supporting local businesses and showcasingthe impact of EB-5 investments in fostering economic growth and job creation in the Philadelphia region.
