Expansion of Jefferson Terminal to include: (i) additional storage tanks to hold naphtha, diesel, and LCO products, a new loading dock (OC-2) capable of accepting Aframax tankers, and three (3) new manifolds for naphtha, diesel, and LCO to support the movement of product to and from Jefferson Terminal and the ExxonMobil Beaumont Refinery (the “Dock/Tank/Manifold Component”); and (ii) upgrading Jefferson Terminal’s Master Control System to ensure safe and reliable control and monitoring of product movements via Jefferson Terminal’s rail, marine, and pipeline assets, as well as installing connections and activating additional components of the multi-pipe Cross-Channel Pipeline to support ExxonMobil’s crude, naphtha, diesel, and LCO businesses.
