CanAm’s High Unemployment Targeted Employment Area (TEA) Project will fund infrastructure improvements at a Green Hydrogen Plant in Nederland, TX. Improvements will include the installation of electrical, utility, and other heavy infrastructure for the site, along with piping, foundation, and other plant-related components. Spending for the Project began in the second quarter of 2024 and is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2025. An independent analysis demonstrated that the Project will create more than 650 jobs, which exceeds combined job creation requirements for 50 EB-5 investors.
