The ground-up construction of a Four Seasons-branded hotel and residences resort in Telluride, Colorado. The Project consists of 52 hotel units, 43 for-sale hotel residences, and 26 for-sale private residential units, all under the Four Seasons Brand, which collectively total approximately 506,000 square feet. The Project is situated on four acres of land in the Town of Mountain Village above Telluride and provides direct access to the Mountain Village Gondola, Heritage Plaza and the Ski Beach. All proceeds from the $150.4 million EB-5 loan will be spent at the site, which qualifies as a “Rural Area” under the EB-5 Regional Center Program. An independent analysis demonstrated that the EB-5 project will create more than 3,595 jobs, which exceeds the combined job creation requirements for 203 investors.
