Bakery Square, a $111 million mixed-use redevelopment in Pittsburgh’s East Liberty neighborhood, transformed a former Nabisco plant into 216,000 square feet of office space, 125,130 square feet of new retail space, and a 120-room Marriott Spring Hill Suites hotel. The project included an 849-space parking garage and LEED-certified buildings with green roofs and sustainable energy features. This redevelopment revitalized the area, adding retail, dining, and fitness amenities to the community.
