"We have had an excellent experience with the PIDC Philadelphia Regional Center . We were one of the first investors to sign up. Although we were very interested the investment project they offered, we were at first uncertain because no one else had submitted an application. However, they worked very hard to make sure our application was very thorough, and since the beginning, they have been in regular communication with us and have answered all our questions. "This week, I received a call from my bank.  They informed me that I received $500,000 USD into my bank account, and asked me what is this amount?  I did receive a call from CanAm last week of the intended return of the original investment amount, but I did not quite realize that the wire would take place so quickly.  I was taken back by the bank's question, but I calmly replied that I was expecting such deposit into my bank account.

I know that not all EB-5 investors achieve both immigration and investment successes, because I have noticed with my own eyes that many EB-5 investors who invested in non-CanAm
