The Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC), Philadelphia's non-profit economic development agency, and CanAm Enterprises, LLC, are pleased to introduce the PIDC Regional Center, which offers investment opportunities pursuant to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) EB-5 Investor Visa Program. Since our designation as a regional center by the USCIS on February 28, 2003, close to 400 applicants have already been approved through the PIDC Regional Center, and over $200 million have been raised for the City of Philadelphia through the Fund's investments, creating thousands of new qualifying jobs.
