Designated by United State Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on August 18, 2016, CanAm Texas Regional Center, LLC (“CATRC”) is a single-purpose Delaware limited liability company registered to do business in the State of Texas and formed to be the Regional Center further to 8 CFR § 204.6(e) (defining the term “Regional Center”). CATRC proposes to facilitate economic development in the State of Texas by providing low-cost financing to qualifying job-creating businesses, with an emphasis on infrastructure-related projects, located within the CATRC’s geographic boundaries.
