PhiladelphiaWhen the U.S. Immigrant Investor (EB-5 visa) Program reopened in 2002, CanAm and the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corp (PIDC) applied to have Philadelphia County designated as a regional center. The Philadelphia (PIDC) Regional Center was approved by the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) on February 28, 2003, pursuant to the Section 610 of the Appropriations Act of 1993 and 8 CFR Section 204.6(e) as a regional center under the U.S. Immigrant Investor Program. |

PennsylvaniaWorking with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED), CanAm applied to have a portion of Pennsylvania designated to participate in the Program. Accordingly, the Pennsylvania (DCED) Regional Center was designated by USCIS on April 13, 2007. |

HawaiiIn early 2008, CanAm won the contract to be the exclusive promoter of the Hawaii Department of Business, Economic Development & Tourism (DBEDT) Regional Center, originally designated by USCIS in 1995. We prepared submission for re-designation to USCIS and on October 30, 2008, The Hawaii Regional Center was re-designated by USCIS. |

Los AngelesMost recently, CanAm prepared and submitted an application to have Los Angeles County in California designated as a regional center relating specifically to the motion picture and television industry. On March 24, 2008, the Los Angeles Film Regional Center was formally designated by USCIS to participate in the U.S. Immigrant Investor Program. |
